Pengaruh Lingkungan Belajar dan Kebijakan Sekolah terhadap Kreativitas Siswa di Sekolah Menengah Pertama

Abstract


Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of the learning environment and school policies on the creativity of students in Junior High Schools. Utilizing a qualitative research method with a Systematic Literature Review approach, this study collected and analyzed data from three primary sources: Scopus, DOAJ, and Google Scholar. The literature search covered publications from 2013 to 2024 to ensure the relevance and currency of the data obtained. The findings indicate that a conducive learning environment and supportive school policies play a significant role in enhancing student creativity. A positive and stimulating learning environment enables students to think creatively and face challenges with an open and productive attitude. Therefore, it can be concluded that a supportive learning atmosphere and effective school policies significantly contribute to facilitating the development of student creativity at the junior high school level.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan belajar dan kebijakan sekolah terhadap kreativitas siswa di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review, penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari tiga sumber utama: Scopus, DOAJ, dan Google Scholar. Pencarian literatur mencakup periode publikasi dari tahun 2013 hingga 2024 untuk memastikan relevansi dan keaktualan data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan kebijakan sekolah yang mendukung memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa. Lingkungan belajar yang positif dan stimulatif memungkinkan siswa untuk berpikir secara kreatif dan menghadapi tantangan dengan sikap terbuka dan produktif. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa suasana belajar yang mendukung dan kebijakan sekolah yang efektif sangat berkontribusi dalam memfasilitasi perkembangan kreativitas siswa di tingkat SMP.
