Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to investigate the disparity between the challenges and benefits of e-Learning and formulate a strategic framework to overcome these constraints. The research method employed is qualitative, utilizing a Systematic Literature Review approach. Literature sources were derived from Scopus, DOAJ, and Google Scholar, encompassing studies conducted between 2013 and 2024.The findings reveal a knowledge gap related to the specific impact assessment of challenges in E-learning implementation on factors such as efficiency, accessibility, equality, and sustainability across various educational institutions. Consequently, future research should concentrate on contextualizing these specific impacts to provide a more profound understanding of addressing E-learning challenges.Urgent research topics identified include an analysis of the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on E-learning usage, particularly in enhancing accessibility and the quality of education. Furthermore, further exploration of new technological integrations, innovative teaching strategies, and the development of more inclusive E-learning platforms are deemed crucial to enrich our understanding of the dynamics of E-learning in the future, with the goal of enhancing its effectiveness in meeting the needs of modern education.
