Peran Mediasi Kepercayaan Organisasi dalam Hubungan antara Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komunikasi Transparan, dan Openness to Change studi pada Karyawan Milenial

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh dari kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi transparan pada openness to change yang dimediasi oleh kepercayaan organisasi pada masa perubahan yang dialami oleh karyawan milenial. Review literatur dilakukan dalam upaya untuk mengidentifikasi variabel-variabel yang digunakan untuk membangun model konseptual. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner melalui platform digital. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan milenial di kota Surakarta. Metode analisis menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan komunikasi transparan berhuhubungan positif dengan kepercayaan organisasi yang pada akhirnya secara positif mempengaruhi openness to change.
