EFEKTIVITAS PEMBERIAN PSIKOEDUKASI PADA GANGGUAN PSIKOLOGIS MASA POSTPARTUM: SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Abstract: Psychoeducation can reduce the risk of mental health problems in postpartum mothers. This systematic review aims to identify the effectiveness of providing psychoeducation in postpartum psychological disorders. Design using PRISMA checklist and CASP. Data were extracted from the English journal, RCT, which reports psychoeducation as exposure. Results, of the 13 studies that systematically reviewed mental health and psychoeducation issues, 11 passed the Critical Appraisal test. However, only 4 had a magnitude of effect indicating that psychoeducation was a protective factor against psychological disorders of postpartum mothers and 7 others showed a magnitude of chance (p <0.05).
Abstrak: Psikoedukasi dapat menurunkan resiko terjadinya gangguan kesehatan mental pada ibu postpartum. Systematic review ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas pemberian psikoedukasi pada gangguan psikologis postpartum. Desain menggunakan PRISMA checklist dan CASP. Data diekstraksi dari jurnal yang bahasa Inggris, RCT, yang melaporkan psikoedukasi sebagai exposure. Hasil, dari 13 penelitian yang secara sistematis meninjau masalah kesehatan mental dan psikoedukasi, 11 lolos uji Critical Appraisal. Namun hanya 4 yang memiliki magnitude of effect yang menunjukan bahwa psikoedukasi merupakan faktor protektif terhadap gangguan psikologis ibu postpartum dan 7 lainnya menunjukan magnitude of chance (p < 0.05).
