Analisis Peran Hidrologi dalam Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai

Aditya Luthfi Hakim, Nurin Rochayati

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the hydrological cycle comprehensively, focusing on its processes, dynamics, and environmental implications. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach with library research techniques, this paper systematically reviews publications from 2015 to 2025. The findings reveal that the hydrological cycle involves complex interactions between evaporation, condensation, precipitation, infiltration, runoff, and transpiration, forming an integrated system that supports ecosystems and human life. The disruption of this cycle due to climate change and anthropogenic activities has significant impacts on water availability, biodiversity, and disaster risks. Therefore, understanding the hydrological cycle becomes crucial in designing sustainable environmental management strategies.
