Penguatan Kompetensi Pembina Pondok dalam Monitoring Tahfidz Qur'an Menggunakan Instrumen Digital

Abstract


This community service program aimed to strengthen Islamic boarding school supervisors’ competence in monitoring Qur’anic memorization using digital instruments. Identified problems included manual recording systems, low digital literacy, and the absence of structured data-based evaluation. The program employed a participatory action research (PAR) model consisting of needs assessment, digital instrument design, intensive training, two-week mentoring, and quantitative-qualitative evaluation. The participants were 5 supervisors. Results showed significant improvement in digital competence (mean pretest score 60.8 increased to 88.2), recording efficiency improved by 46%, and administrative errors decreased from 20% to 4%. Digital instruments enabled real-time monitoring and graphical analysis of memorization progress. This program recommends developing an integrated application-based system for sustainable tahfidz management.
