Analisis Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing terhadap Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis Siswa

Abstract


Mathematical problem-solving ability is a crucial competency in mathematics education that supports the development of students' higher-order thinking skills. However, achieving this ability remains a challenge across various educational levels. In response to this issue, this study aims to evaluate the influence of the guided inquiry learning model on students’ mathematical problem-solving skills. The study adopts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by analyzing articles from databases such as Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Scopus, published between 2015 and 2025. Inclusion criteria cover studies that implement the guided inquiry model in mathematics instruction and assess its impact on students' problem-solving abilities. Findings from several studies indicate that the guided inquiry approach significantly enhances students’ critical, analytical, and strategic thinking in solving mathematical problems. Moreover, this model encourages students to be more active, independent, and motivated in the learning process. The literature synthesis emphasizes the importance of implementing this model at various educational levels as an effective and meaningful learning alternative. This study recommends increasing teacher training to effectively design and implement guided inquiry-based learning in the context of mathematics education.
