The Effectiveness of PBL-Based Differentiated Teaching Modules in Improving Reading Literacy of Elementary School Students

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk efektivitas efektivitas modul pembelajaran diferensiasi berdasarkan Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBL) dalam meningkatkan literasi membaca siswa sekolah dasar, mengidentifikasi karakteristik implementasinya, dan meneliti faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan penerapannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis (SLR) dengan menggunakan artikel ilmiah yang diambil dari Google Scholar, Scopus, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), SciSpace, dan Elicit. Pencarian literatur dilakukan menggunakan kombinasi kata kunci yang berkaitan dengan diferensiasi modul pembelajaran, Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah, literasi membaca, dan pendidikan dasar. Seleksi artikel meliputi identifikasi, penyaringan, pengamatan teks lengkap, dan penilaian kelayakan berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditentukan. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi, mengkategorikan, dan mensintesis temuan yang relevan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa modul pembelajaran diferensiasi berbasis Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah lebih efektif daripada pendekatan konvensional dalam meningkatkan literasi membaca siswa sekolah dasar. Implementasinya tidak hanya berkontribusi pada peningkatan keterampilan pemahaman membaca tetapi juga pada pengembangan pemikiran kritis, kemampuan pemecahan masalah, dan keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Keberhasilan implementasi dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi guru, dukungan lingkungan belajar, perkembangan teknologi informasi, dan ketersediaan fasilitas dan infrastruktur pendidikan. Sintesis ini mengungkapkan bahwa kajian mengenai integrasi teknologi digital, pengembangan kebiasaan membaca yang berkelanjutan, dan dampak jangka panjang implementasi modul masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian selanjutnya harus fokus pada pengembangan modul pembelajaran diferensiasi yang lebih adaptif, inovatif, dan berkelanjutan berdasarkan Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah untuk memperkuat literasi membaca siswa sekolah dasar.
