Hubungan Faktor Klinis, Sosiodemografi dan Persepsi Kesehatan terhadap Lama Pengobatan Pasien Tuberkulosis Paru di Puskesmas Kota Ambon

Abstract


Tuberkulosis (TB) paru tetap menjadi tantangan besar dalam kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia. Meskipun program pengobatan telah distandarisasi, variasi dalam lama pengobatan masih ditemukan, yang kemungkinan dipengaruhi oleh gejala klinis dan persepsi kesehatan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara gejala klinis, persepsi kesehatan, dan faktor perilaku dengan durasi pengobatan TB paru. Studi kuantitatif dengan desain potong lintang (cross-sectional) ini melibatkan 111 pasien TB paru yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan rekam medis, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman, ANOVA, dan regresi linier. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan 60,4% laki-laki dan 39.6% perempuan dan adanya korelasi negatif yang signifikan antara gejala batuk (r = –0,358; p < 0,001), sesak napas (r = –0,327; p < 0,001), dan persepsi kesehatan (r = –0,212; p = 0,025) terhadap lama pengobatan. Variabel kelelahan juga menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap durasi pengobatan (B = 0,272; p = 0,039). Selain itu, semua variabel prediktor secara simultan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap lama pengobatan, ditunjukkan oleh nilai F hitung sebesar 3,679 dengan tingkat signifikansi < 0,001. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor klinis, sosiodemografi dan presepsi kesehatan terhadap lama pengobatan TB di Puskesmas Kota Ambon.
