PEMBERDAYAAN POKMAS RUMAH TAHAN GEMPA (RTG) DIMASA PANDEMIC COVID 19 SEBAGAI UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PEREKONOMIAN WARGA MASYARAKAT

Abstract


Abstrak: Belum selesai menghadapi  duka akibat bencana alam gempa bumi saat ini warga masyarakat juga harus mengalami bencana non alam yang melanda yaitu pandemi covid 19 yang terpaksa membatasi segala aktivitas berskala besar masyarakatnya. Dengan kondisi seperti tersebut diperlukan suatu tindakan pemberdayaan masyarakat korban gempa secara terpadu dari segala pihak baik di bidang sosial maupun ekonomi untuk memulihkan kondisi korban gempa. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan melalui Pemberdayaan sosial untuk menumbuhkan kembali semangat yang telah hilang, mengurangi ketergantungan akan bantuan dari pihak luar. Pemberdayaan Ekonomi diperlukan untuk bangun kembali dari keterpurukan keluarga yang sebagian besar korban gempa banyak mengalami penurunan kemampuan dibidang ekonomi akibat kehilangan mata pencaharian, kehilangan pekerjaan karena tempat mereka bekerja tutup, usaha mereka rusak dan akhirnya tutup.metode penelitian menggunakan dua metode yaitu sosialisasi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Simpulan penelitian ini Kegiatan pendampinga, pemberdayaan, sosialisasi seperti ini diharapkan tetap diselenggarakan buat pelaku usaha UMKM bersinergi dengan generasi muda dalam pemanfaatan media sosial, karena sangat membantu untuk pengembangan ekonomi kreatif generasi muda ditengah maraknya penggunaan media sosial sebagai komunikasi dan berinteraksi ditengah pandemic covid 19.

Abstract:  Not finished dealing with the grief caused by the earthquake, currently the community also has to experience a non-natural disaster that hit, namely the COVID-19 pandemic which was forced to limit all large-scale activities of the community. Under these conditions, an integrated action to empower the earthquake victims from all parties, both in the social and economic fields, is needed to restore the condition of the earthquake victims. The purpose of this research is through social empowerment to regenerate lost enthusiasm, reduce dependence on outside assistance. Economic empowerment is needed to get back up from the downturn of families who most of the victims of the earthquake experienced a decrease in their ability in the economic field due to loss of livelihood, job loss because their place of work was closed, their business was damaged and finally closed. The research method used two methods, namely socialization and community empowerment. . The conclusion of this research is that mentoring, empowerment, and socialization activities like this are expected to continue to be held for MSME business actors to synergize with the younger generation in the use of social media, because it is very helpful for the development of the creative economy of the younger generation amid the widespread use of social media as communication and interaction amid the COVID-19 pandemic
