SOSIALISASI PELAKSANAAN REVITALISASI STANDAR RUANG ISOLASI COVID 19 DALAM RANGKA ANTISIPASI TERJADINYA LONJAKAN PASIEN COVID DI RSUD PRAYA

Abstract

Covid-19 merupakan wabah yang telah menyebar ke seluruh penjuru dunia, tidak terkecuali Indonesia. Covid-19 menyebar dengan sangat cepat sehingga pelayanan public seperti Sekolah, Universitas, Perkantoran, tempat ibadah dan tempat keramaian ditutup untuk menekan penyebarannya. Melonjaknya kasus Covid-19 menyebabkan RSUD Praya kewalahan dimana Ruang Isolasi hanya tersedia 36 tempat tidur, dan peruntukannya juga terbagi untuk ibu hamil yaitu 15 tempat tidur. Saat ini, Pasien yang sedang diisolasi berjumlah 23 orang. Jika pasien terus berdatangan maka kapasitas tempat tidur yang tersedia akan penuh. Motode yang digunakan dalam Sosialisasi ini adalah presentasi, diskusi dan konsultasi publik. Selama kegiatan berlangsung disimpulkan bahwa permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah terbatasnya kapasitas Ruang isolasi RSUD Praya untuk menampung pasien Covid-19 sehingga dipandang perlu untuk melakukan penambahan ruang untuk mengantisipasinya. Pemanfaatan Gedung Aero Hotel yang tidak terpakai menjadi alternatif untuk menambah tampungan pasien Covid-19. Sehingga perlu dilakukan sosialisai terkait Standar Ruang Isolasi untuk menangani pasien Covid-19. Ruang Isolasi yang sesuai standar yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah dipastikan dapat memperbesar kemungkinan sembuh pasien yang terjangkit Covid-19. Sehingga di perlukan gerak cepat dari Instansi terkait untuk merealisasikannya sehingga Pasien Covid-19 dapat tertangani.

ABSTRACT

Covid-19 is an epidemic that has spread to all corners of the world, including Indonesia. Covid-19 spreads so fast that public services such as schools, universities, offices, places of worship and public places are closed to suppress its spread. The surge in Covid-19 cases has caused the Praya Hospital to fail, where the Isolation Room available is 36 tempat tidurs, for pregnant women, 15 tempat tidurs are specially provided. There are 23 patients currently in isolation and the remaining tempat tidurs available for pregnant women are only 4 tempat tidurs. If patients continue to arrive, the available tempat tidur capacity will be full. The method used in this outreach is presentation and discussion. During the activity, it was discovered that the problem faced was the limited capacity of the isolation room at the Praya Hospital to accommodate Covid-19 patients, so additional space was needed to anticipate it. Utilization of the unused Aero Hotel Building is an alternative to increase the accommodation for Covid-19 patients, but there is a need for socialization related to Isolation Room Standards to handle Covid-19 patients. Isolation room standards that are in accordance with their utility can increase the possibility of recovering patients infected with Covid-19. The need for a quick movement from the PUPR Service and related agencies to make it happen so that Covid-19 patients can be handled.
