Abstract


Abstract: The MBKM program is expected to be able to answer the challenges of study programs to produce graduates who are in line with the growth and changes of the times, progress in improving science and technology, demands of the business and industrial world (DUDI) & the dynamics of changing society. STIE Bima is committed to producing superior, professional and enthusiastic human resources entrepreneurship as needed stakeholder in the future. The aim of the research is to provide an explanation of the implementation of an independent learning campus at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Bima in increasing the competitiveness of graduates. Type of qualitative research with library research methods. The research results from the implementation of the independent learning campus at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Bima of the competitiveness of graduates aim to enable students to think critically & problem solve, collaborate creativity and develop soft skills & hard skills in facing the digital era. The benefit of this research is that it provides insight to students and institutions the importance of tridharma cooperation and collaboration to improve STIE Bima's main performance indicators.
