Abstract: Obesity is a serious problem that increases the risk of various non-communicable diseases and reduces worker productivity. To combat this issue, our team has implemented three activities. Firstly, we designed sports programs that are effective and efficient for gym members who have limited time to train. Secondly, we assess our members' nutritional and fitness status to provide personalized exercise programs according to their health condition. Lastly, we utilize tele-exercise methods through Zoom meetings, enabling gym members to exercise from anywhere without having to be physically present at the gym. Our community service activity is to enhance the knowledge and attitudes of gym members towards tele-exercise. Our community service activity took place at the Nevaquit Gym Fitness Center in Depok and targeted 15 gym members. Our multidisciplinary team conducted several stages of this activity, showing significant improvement in participants' knowledge and attitude towards tele-exercise (p<0.05).
