IMPLEMENTASI TERAPI KOMPLEMENTER DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN DERAJAT KESEHATAN PEREMPUAN SERTA GENERASI ANTI STUNTING
Abstract
Abstrak: Desa Sembiran merupakan Desa Bali Mula yang sangat terkenal dengan dengan keindahan view panorama pegunungan dan hamparan pantai Laut Utara Bali. Rendahnya Pendidikan masyarakat mengakibatkan terjadinya perilaku kesehatan yang cenderung berisiko, sebagian besar ibu hamil enggan memeriksakan kehamilannya ke layanan kesehatan sehingga menimbulkan persalinan yang berisiko, selain itu di Desa Sembiran terdeteksi 10 anak balita yang mengalami stunting. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader melalui pendampingan dalam implementasi terapi komplementer. Tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan monitoring evaluasi. Mitra kegiatan berupa kader sebagai peserta pendampingan berjumlah 16 orang, sementara mitra sasaran adalah ibu hamil, nifas, menyusui, bayi dan balita. Tempat pelaksanaan adalah Desa Sembiran. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi dengan lembar checklist untuk mengukur pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader dalam implementasi terapi komplementer. Hasil pretest pada kegiatan pelatihan Baby Spa, prenatal gentle yoga, dan acupressure menunjukkan rata-rata mitra memiliki pengetahuan sangat kurang (50%), kategori kurang sebanyak 40%, dan cukup sebanyak 10%. Pada hasil post test menunjukkan peningkatan yaitu sebanyak 60% mitra dengan kategori pengetahuan cukup, 30% kategori baik, dan 10% kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan pada pelatihan keterampilan peracikan obat hasil pretest menunjukkan rata-rata mitra memiliki keterampilan sangat kurang (70%), kategori kurang sebanyak 30%. Pada hasil post test menunjukkan peningkatan yaitu sebanyak 30% mitra dengan kategori keterampilan cukup, 30% kategori baik, dan 10% kategori sangat baik.
Abstract: Sembiran Village is a Bali Mula Village that is very famous for its beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the stretch of the North Sea coast of Bali. The low education of the community results in the occurrence of health behaviors that tend to be risky, most pregnant women refuse to check their pregnancy to health services, resulting in risky childbirth, in addition to that in Sembiran Village, 10 children under the age of five with stunting were detected. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of cadres through mentoring in the implementation of complementary therapy. Stages of preparation, implementation, and evaluation monitoring. Activity partners in the form of cadres as mentoring participants amount to 16 people, while the target partners are pregnant, postpartum, breastfeeding, babies and toddlers. The place of implementation is Sembiran Village. Evaluation is done using questionnaires and observations with checklists to measure the knowledge and skills of cadres in the implementation of complementary therapy. The results of the pretest on the Baby Spa, prenatal gentle yoga, and acupressure training activities show that the average partner has very little knowledge (50%), the category is lacking as much as 40%, and sufficient as much as 10%. The results of the post test showed an increase of 60% of partners with sufficient knowledge category, 30% of good category, and 10% of very good category.
