Abstract: The stunting prevention program in Oeltua Village, Kupang Regency, aims to increase the capacity of posyandu cadres by developing soft skills such as communication and leadership, as well as hard skills such as mapping nutrition problems and utilizing local resources, such as BSF maggot cultivation and KUB chickens.
