Konstruksi Berpikir Kritis Masyarakat Etnik Donggo dalam Tradisi Lisam Mpama Hepe
Abstract
Abstrak: Tulisan ini merupakan hasil penelitian tentang konstruksi berpikir kritis masyarakat etnik Donggo dalam tradisi lisan mpama hepe. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Dalam kegiatan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi partisipatif, teknik wawancara mendalam, dan disertai dengan teknik merekam. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dapat dijelaskan, bahwa hasil penelitian tentang mpama hepe sabagai tradisi lisan merupakan salah satu unit kebuyaan dan kearifan lokal masyarakat etnik Donggo yang memiliki peran dan kontribusi positif untuk melatih dan menstimulus kemampuan berpikir kritis masyarakat penggunanya. Pada umumnya, masyarakat etnik Donggo menganggap tradisi lisan sebagai pranata sosial yang syarat dengan nilai dan makna, sehingga dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan perspektif kritis dengan memandang tradidi lisan mpama hepe sebagai aktualisasi dari konstruksi berpikir kritis masyarakat penuturnya.
Abstract: This paper is the result of research on the critical thinking construction of the Donggo ethnic community in the mpama hepe oral tradition. This study uses a qualitative method with a type of phenomenological research. In data collection activities using participatory observation techniques, in-depth interview techniques, and accompanied by recording techniques. Based on the data obtained, it can be explained that the results of research on mpama hepe as an oral tradition is one of the cultural and local wisdom units of the Donggo ethnic community which has a positive role and contribution to training and stimulating the critical thinking skills of its users. In general, the Donggo ethnic community considers oral traditions as social institutions that are conditional on values and meanings, so that in this study the researchers used a critical perspective by viewing oral traditions like hepe as an actualization of the critical thinking constructs of the speaking community.
