PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN KOMIKSTRIP “MATHTOON” BERBASIS ANDROID MENGGUNAKAN SKETCHWARE

Abstract


Pelatihan ini merupakan bagian dari rangkaian pelatihan “MathToon”, pelatihan pengembangan komikstrip matematika berbasis ADDIE, pembuatan story board dan story line, pembuatan komikstrip menggunakan corel draw dan pengembangan komikstrip berbasis android menggunakan sketchware. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran berbentuk komikstrip “MathToon” yang efektif untuk memfasilitasi proses pembelajaran matematika peserta didik kelas VII SMP. Pelatihan ini diselenggarakan berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan terhadap perkembangan teknologi, kompetensi matematika yang seharusnya dimiliki peserta didik, serta peningkatan kinerja guru SMP. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan ruang kelas. Dari hasil pelaksanaan pelatihan didapat antusias guru dalam mengikuti pelatihan serta peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam pembuatan komikstrip matematika dan peningkatan kemampuan dalam pembuatan aplikasi sederhana berbasis android menggunakan sketchware terutama pada pembuatan komikstrip Matematika “MathToon”.

Abstract: This training is part of a series of "MathToon" training, training on ADDIE-based math comic strips development, making storyboards and storylines, making comics using Corel draw and developing android-based comics using sketchware. The purpose of this training is to improve the ability of teachers to develop teaching materials and instructional media in the form of "MathToon" comics that are effective in facilitating the mathematics learning process of students in grade VII of junior high school. This training was held based on the results of an analysis of the needs of technological developments, mathematical competencies that students should have, as well as improving the performance of junior high school teachers. The method of implementation carried out is to use classroom training methods. From the results of the implementation of the training obtained enthusiastic teachers in participating in training as well as improving the ability of teachers in making mathematical comics and improving abilities in making simple android-based applications using Sketchware especially in making Mathematical comics "MathToon".
