IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM KAMPUS MERDEKA DALAM KEGIATAN MSIB MAGANG DI PT. SHIPPINDO TEKNOLOGI LOGISTIK

Abstract


Abstrak: PT. Shippindo Teknologi Logistik (Shipper) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang logistik dan menyediakan agregator logistik dan warehouse (pergudangan) di Indonesia. PT. Shippindo Teknologi Logistik juga mempunyai platform logistik yang membantu pengirim barang untuk mengirimkan barang dengan mudah. Partner Logistic Shipper: JNE, POS Indonesia, Tiki, Wahana, Sicepat, Atri Xpress, Ninja Xpress, Lion Parcel, Grab Parcel, ARK Xpress, J&T Express, REX, RPX, Popbox, aCommerce, iCommerce, Aramex, Fedex, DHL. PT. Shippindo Teknologi Logistik bergabung sebagai salah satu mitra dalam program Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka yang diselenggarakan oleh Kemendikbudristek.Terdapat 108 mahasiswa dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia yang lulus seleksi program magang di PT. Shippindo Teknologi Logistik Dalam program magang ini, terdapat 3 kegiatan yaitu Engineering Intern, Shipper Academy Branding Intern dan Product, Design & Data - Product Intern. Program ini dilakukan selama kurang lebih empat bulan, dengan agenda kegiatan dibagi atas penilaian kompetensi, aktivitas/kegiatan mahasiswa saat magang, durasi kegiatan, metode evaluasi, rubrik penilaian, initial assesment dan monitoring kegiatan. Magang ini memiliki dampak yang sangat baik bagi mahasiswa karena melatih mahasiswa terjun ke dunia lapangan pekerjaan nyata dalam suatu perusahaan.

Abstract: PT. Shippindo Teknologi Logistik (Shipper) is a company that operates in the logistics sector and provides logistics aggregators and warehouses in Indonesia. PT. Shippindo Teknologi Logistik also has a logistics platform that helps shippers send goods easily. Logistic Shipper Partners: JNE, POS Indonesia, Tiki, Wahana, Sicepat, Atri Xpress, Ninja Xpress, Lion Parcel, Grab Parcel, ARK PT. Shippindo Teknologi Logistik joined as one of the partners in the Merdeka Campus Certified Independent Study and Internship program organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture. There were 108 students from various universities in Indonesia who passed the selection for the internship program at PT. Shippindo Logistics Technology In this internship program, there are 3 activities, namely Engineering Intern, Shipper Academy Branding Intern and Product, Design & Data - Product Intern. This program is carried out for approximately five months, with an agenda of activities divided into competency assessment, student activities/activities during internships, duration of activities, evaluation methods, assessment rubrics, initial assessment and activity monitoring. This internship has a very good impact on students because it trains students to enter the world of real work in a company.
