TARGET PRODUKSI AGREGAT BATU ANDESIT HASIL CRUSHING PLANT UNTUK KEBUTUHAN ASPHALT MIXING PLANT (PT. NIAT KARYA)
Abstract
PT. Niat Karya adalah perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang penyediaan jasa penambangan, pengolahan, dan pengaspalan jalan raya yang didirikan pada bulan Juni 2016 di Desa Sabedo Kecamatan Utan Kabupaten Sumbawa. Hasil penambangan terdiri dari sirtu dan kerokol dengan menggunakan sistem tambang terbuka dengan metode Quarry Mine. Material Hasil penambangan pada Quarry di angkut ke stoke pile untuk di tampung kemudian di bawa ke Crushing Plant untuk di olah menggunakan alat Stone Crusher yang berkapasitas 20 m3/jam. Proses pemecahannya melalui 2 (dua) tahapan antara lain: 1) Primary Crusher, dalam tahapan ini material akan di pecahkan menggunakan alat jaw crusher hingga berukuran 70 mm; 2) Secondary Crusher, Dalam tahapan ini material akan di pecahkan menggunakan impact mill hingga berukuran < 70 mm. Batuan yang telah di pecahkan akan diayak menggunakan vibrating screen. Proses screening menghasilkan 3 (tiga) ukuran produk berupa agregat Material Beton (20 – 36 mm), Coarse Agregat (9 – 20 mm), dan Fine Agregat (-9 mm).
ABSTRACT
PT. Niat Karya is a private company engaged in providing mining, procesing and asphalting services for the highway that was established in June 2016 Sabedo vilage, Utan District, Sumbawa Regency. Mining products consist of sirtu and krokol using the open pit system using the Quarry Mine method. Mining material from the Quarry is transported to the stoke pile to be accommodated and then taken to the Crushing Plant for processing using a Stone Crusher With a capacity of 20 m3/hour. The process of solving through two stages including: 1) Primary Crusher, in this stage the material will be solved using a jaw crusher up to 70 mm in size : 2) Secondary crusher, in this stage the material will be solved using an impact mill up to <70 mm in size. Rocks that have been broken will be sifted using a vibrating screen. Screening process produces 3 (three) product sizes in the form of concrete material aggregates ( 20 – 36 ), Coarse Aggregates ( 9 – 20 ), and Fine Aggregates ( -9 mm ).Keywords
