Implementasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam Pelayanan Farmasi Klinis: Sintesis Bukti mengenai Efektivitas, Tantangan, dan Peluang melalui Systematic Literature Review

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi, efektivitas, manfaat, tantangan, dan peluang AI dalam pelayanan farmasi klinis. Systematic Literature Review dilakukan mengikuti PRISMA 2020 pada PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar untuk publikasi 2020–2025. Artikel original research, full-text, dan berbahasa Inggris diseleksi menggunakan PICOS serta dinilai dengan JBI Critical Appraisal Checklist. Dari 2.239 artikel, enam memenuhi kriteria inklusi. AI diterapkan pada clinical decision support, deteksi medication error, identifikasi Potentially Inappropriate Medication, farmakovigilans, analisis sentimen pasien, dan dokumentasi efek samping. Model menunjukkan kinerja baik, termasuk LightGBM (AUROC 0,81), CatBoost (akurasi 97,93%), dan LLaMA (AUC 0,93). Sebanyak 77,2% apoteker menilai ChatGPT bermanfaat. AI berpotensi mendukung akurasi dan efisiensi pelayanan, tetapi memerlukan validasi, integrasi sistem, pengawasan profesional, dan regulasi.
