PENERAPAN KEMRP (KOMBINASI EFFLURAGE MASSAGE DAN RELAKSASI PERNAFASAN) SEBAGAI UPAYA PENURUNAN NYERI INPARTU KALA I FASE AKTIF

Nyeri persalinan memiliki derajat paling tinggi, bersifat burning and somatic sharp. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efekstifitas penerapan kombinasi efflurage massage dan relaksasi pernafasan sebagai upaya penurunan nyeri inpartu kala I fase aktif. Desain yang digunakan quasy experient, pre and post control group desaign. Sampel berjumlah 40 ibu inpartu kala I fase aktif dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok perlakuan. Analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon dan uji man whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelompok control terdapat 15% nyeri sedang, 80% nyeri berat, dan 5% mengalami nyeri sangat berat. Pada kelompok intervensi terdapat jumlah yang sama pada skala nyeri ringan dan nyeri sedang yaitu 50%. Terdapat perbedaan perubahan tingkat nyeri persalinan antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi. Kelompok intervensi mengalami tingkat nyeri yang jauh lebih rendah daripada kelompok kontrol.
