Bibliometrik Pascapanen Bawang Merah: Penyimpanan, Kualitas dan Pertunasan

Abstract


Bawang merah merupakan komoditas hortikultura strategis yang rentan terhadap kerusakan pascapanen akibat pertunasan dini, busuk pangkal, dan penyusutan bobot selama penyimpanan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memetakan tren perkembangan publikasi ilmiah terkait pascapanen bawang merah berdasarkan distribusi tahunan, produktivitas penulis, negara, dan sumber jurnal; menganalisis struktur tematik dan evolusi riset pascapanen bawang merah melalui pemetaan jaringan co-occurrence kata kunci menggunakan VOSviewer; serta menyusun review literatur teknologi pascapanen bawang merah yang berfokus pada tiga aspek utama, yaitu penyimpanan, kualitas, dan pertunasan sebagai dasar identifikasi kesenjangan riset yang masih terbuka untuk dikembangkan dan diteliti. Analisis bibliometrik dilakukan terhadap 176 dokumen hasil pencarian pada database Scopus, yang dibatasi pada article dan conference paper  berbahasa Inggris. Pemetaan tematik menggunakan VOSviewer dengan analisis co-occurrence kata kunci, sedangkan grafik dan statistik deskriptif disusun menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Tren publikasi meningkat tajam sejak 2020 dengan puncak 19 dokumen pada 2025. Indonesia merupakan kontributor terbanyak (72 dokumen, 168 sitasi), namun Iran memberi dampak sitasi tertinggi (15 dokumen, 614 sitasi). Bintoro N. merupakan penulis paling produktif (5 dokumen), sementara Hosseini H. dan Rezaei M. memiliki total sitasi tertinggi masing - masingnya (384 sitasi). IOP Conference Series mendominasi sumber publikasi (31 dokumen), sedangkan Food Chemistry memiliki dampak sitasi per dokumen tertinggi. Pemetaan VOSviewer mengidentifikasi 10 klaster tematik (64 item, 209 koneksi) yang terkelompok dalam tiga tema: penyimpanan, kualitas, dan pertunasan. "Shallot" tampil sebagai pusat jaringan dengan densitas tertinggi, sementara tema pertunasan (germination, viability) berada jauh dari pusat jaringan dan menjadi celah penelitian strategis yang masih terbuka.
