Peran Artificial Intelligence (AI) Companion terhadap Loneliness dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis pada Dewasa Awal: A Systematic Literature Review

Abstract


Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) Companion menghadirkan alternatif dukungan sosial dan emosional yang berpotensi mengurangi loneliness serta meningkatkan psychological well-being, khususnya pada dewasa awal. Namun, hasil penelitian mengenai efektivitas AI Companion masih menunjukkan temuan yang beragam. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyintesis bukti empiris mengenai peran AI Companion melalui metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Proses tinjauan mengikuti pedoman PRISMA 2020 dengan menelusuri artikel pada basis data Scopus, Web of Science, dan ScienceDirect. Setelah menerapkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, sebanyak 20 artikel empiris yang diterbitkan pada periode 2023–2026 dianalisis. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa AI Companion berpotensi menurunkan loneliness, meningkatkan persepsi dukungan sosial, memfasilitasi regulasi emosi, serta meningkatkan beberapa aspek psychological well-being. Namun, penggunaan yang intensif berpotensi meningkatkan ketergantungan emosional, penggunaan AI yang bermasalah, dan mengurangi interaksi sosial secara langsung. Efektivitas AI Companion dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik pengguna, kualitas interaksi, karakteristik sistem, serta pola penggunaannya.
