Efektivitas Konseling Dengan Media Audiovisual Terhadap Pengetahuan Pasien dan Kepatuhan Mengonsumsi Obat Antihipertensi di Puskesmas Olak Kemang

Abstract


Hipertensi masih menjadi masalah kesehatan utama dengan tingkat pengetahuan dan kepatuhan mengonsumsi obat antihipertensi yang rendah sehingga berdampak pada kurang optimalnya pengendalian tekanan darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas konseling dengan media audiovisual terhadap pengetahuan pasien dan kepatuhan mengonsumsi obat antihipertensi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi-experimental dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest pada 100 pasien hipertensi yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi kuesioner HK-LS untuk menilai pengetahuan dan MMAS-8 untuk menilai kepatuhan. Intervensi dilakukan melalui pemutaran video edukasi selama 5-10 menit yang dilanjutkan dengan diskusi singkat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan bermakna skor pengetahuan dari 13,80 menjadi 20,20 dan peningkatan skor kepatuhan dari 4,38 menjadi 6,85 setelah intervensi. Proporsi pasien dengan kategori pengetahuan dan kepatuhan rendah juga menurun secara signifikan (p<0,05). Konseling dengan media audiovisual terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kepatuhan pasien hipertensi dalam mengonsumsi obat antihipertensi.
