Pentingnya Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan dan Inisiatif Terhadap Kemauan Berwirausaha Siswa Sekolah Kejuruan

Abstract


Abstrak: Pembelajaran kewirausahaan memegang peranan penting dalam menumbuhkan kemauan kewirausahaan siswa terutama apabila diperkuat dengan semangat atau jiwa wirausaha yaitu inisiatif siswa. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah sebagai penelitian pendahuluan yang nantinya digunakan sebagai dasar untuk melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini meruapakan penelitian studi kasus. Sampel penelitian merupakan siswa kelas XI kompetensi keahlian bisnis daring dan pemasaran dari tiga SMK Negeri di Surakarta. Berdasarkan Skala Guttman diketahui bila pembelajaran kewirausahaan, inisiatif, dan kemauan berwirausaha siswa tergolong rendah. Artikel ini masih terbatas pada penelitian studi kasus, penulis berharap selanjutnya dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut pengenai pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap kemauan berwirausaha dimediasi oleh inisiatif siswa. 

Abstract: Entrepreneurship learning plays an important role in growing students' entrepreneurial will, especially if it is strengthened by the entrepreneurial spirit or spirit, namely student initiative. The purpose of this article is as a preliminary study which will be used as a basis for conducting further research. The research method in this study is a case study research. The research sample is class XI students of online business and marketing skills competence from three State Vocational Schools in Surakarta. Based on the Guttman Scale, it is known that students' learning of entrepreneurship, initiative, and willingness to entrepreneurship are low. This article is still limited to case study research, the authors hope that further research will be carried out on the effect of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial willingness mediated by student initiative.
