Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Gaya Belajar untuk Lingkungan Inklusif di MI

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemilihan media pembelajaran berdasarkan gaya belajar siswa dan bagaimana media tersebut mendukung lingkungan pembelajaran inklusif di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Dengan menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka kualitatif dengan analisis isi, penelitian ini mensintesis literatur akademis untuk mengembangkan pemahaman konseptual tentang strategi pemilihan media dan kontribusinya terhadap pendidikan inklusif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa strategi tersebut terdiri dari langkah-langkah sistematis: mengidentifikasi gaya belajar, menganalisis karakteristik media, mempertimbangkan keselarasan dengan tujuan dan isi, analisis kontekstual ketersediaan sumber daya, mengintegrasikan media ke dalam desain pembelajaran, memberikan pilihan kepada siswa, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Prinsip variasi dan keseimbangan, pertimbangan perkembangan kognitif, kolaborasi guru, dukungan kepala sekolah, dan integrasi nilai-nilai Islam memperkuat strategi ini. Media pembelajaran berdasarkan gaya belajar berkontribusi pada lingkungan inklusif melalui peningkatan aksesibilitas informasi bagi semua siswa, peningkatan partisipasi aktif, pengembangan kepercayaan diri, penanaman apresiasi terhadap keragaman, pengembangan kecerdasan majemuk, peningkatan hasil belajar yang bermakna, pengurangan perilaku mengganggu, penguatan hubungan sosial, pengembangan otonomi belajar, peningkatan daya tanggap guru, penguatan kolaborasi guru, dan peningkatan keterlibatan orang tua. Kontribusi-kontribusi ini bekerja secara sinergis untuk menciptakan lingkungan di mana setiap siswa merasa diterima, dihargai, dan didukung untuk berkembang sesuai dengan potensi mereka. Studi ini menyiratkan bahwa pengembangan lingkungan belajar inklusif harus dimulai dengan memperkuat kompetensi guru dalam memilih dan menggunakan media pembelajaran berdasarkan gaya belajar siswa.
