Sinergi Strategi Fundraising Digital Dan Kolaboratif Pada Program Sosial Unggulan Lazismu Kota Sidoarjo

Abstract


LAZISMU as one of the main actors in Islamic philanthropy has a strategic role in distributing social justice through community empowerment programs. The purpose of this paper is to analyze how fundraising strategies are designed, implemented, and evaluated by LAZISMU Sidoarjo in supporting its social programs. The research method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative method, which aims to understand and describe in depth the social fundraising strategy implemented by LAZISMU Sidoarjo City. The focus of this research is directed at three main programs, namely the QurbanMu 1446 H Program, the Friday Blessing Program, and the Dhuafa House Surgery Program. Based on the results of the analysis, the fundraising strategy implemented by LAZISMU Sidoarjo in the QurbanMu Program, Friday Blessings, and Dhuafa House Surgery shows that the success of fundraising is strongly influenced by the synergy between digital, direct, and collaborative approaches involving various stakeholders.
