E-KAMPUNG WAILEY: ORKESTRASI DIGITAL UNTUK AKSELERASI KEWIRAUSAHAAN GENERASI MUDA DI DUSUN WAILEY KABUPATEN SERAM BAGIAN BARAT
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Era digitalisasi telah mengubah paradigma ekonomi global, termasuk sektor usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Namun, kesenjangan digital antara perkotaan dan pedesaan masih menjadi tantangan utama dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan digital di daerah rural. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat "E-Kampung Wailey: Orkestrasi Digital untuk Akselerasi Kewirausahaan Generasi Muda di Dusun Wailey bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas generasi muda dalam berwirausaha melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang dikuti oleh pemuda di dusun wailey. Tahapan kegiatan mulai dari pesiapan kegiatan ,pelaksanaan kegiatan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Untuk Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan partisipatif dengan pendekatan andragogi kepada 15 peserta (12 laki-laki dan 3 perempuan) berusia 18-25 tahun. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan kewirausahaan digital, pemahaman e-commerce, kemampuan pemasaran digital. Hasil menunjukkan Rata-rata pre-test: 44,6 dan rata-rata post-test: 48,6 sedangkan rata-rata peningkatan 4,0 poin, peningkatan persentase rata-rata: 9,0%, target peningkatan 25%, pencapaian target 36% dari target yang ditetapkan. Faktor penghambat utama meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, rendahnya literasi digital, dan minimnya motivasi kewirausahaan. Program ini memberikan pelajaran penting tentang pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan digital di pedesaan.

ABSTRACT
The era of digitalization has changed the paradigm of the global economy, including the small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector in Indonesia. However, the digital divide between urban and rural areas is still a major challenge in the development of digital entrepreneurship in rural areas. Community service activities "E-Kampung Wailey: Digital orchestration for the acceleration of entrepreneurship of the younger generation in Wailey Hamlet aims to increase the capacity of the younger generation in entrepreneurship through the use of digital technology followed by youth in wailey Hamlet. Stages of activities ranging from the preparation of activities, implementation of activities, monitoring and evaluation. For the method used is participatory training with andragogy approach to 15 participants (12 men and 3 women) aged 18-25 years. The evaluation was conducted through pretest and posttest to measure the improvement of digital entrepreneurship knowledge, e-commerce understanding, digital marketing capabilities. The results showed the average pre-test: 44.6 and the average post-test: 48.6 while the average increase of 4.0 points, the average percentage increase: 9.0%, the target increase of 25%, the target achievement of 36% of the target set. The main inhibiting factors include limited digital infrastructure, low digital literacy, and lack of entrepreneurial motivation. This Program provides important lessons on the importance of a holistic approach in the development of digital entrepreneurship in rural areas.
