Edukasi dan Pemantauan Hipertensi Melalui Buku Saku SITA (Sigap Tanggap Hipertensi)
Abstract
Abstract: The results of health problem identification showed that 21.1% of 90 respondents in Separi Village were affected by hypertension. Objective: This community service activity aimed to develop and implement the SITA Pocket Book (Sigap Tanggap Hipertensi / Responsive Hypertension Management) as an educational and blood pressure monitoring tool integrated with Posyandu services. The activity involved an auxiliary health center, 17 community health volunteers, and three Posyandu units through stages of needs assessment, media development, distribution, education, and evaluation. A total of 33 books were printed, consisting of 30 for community members and three for Posyandu coordinators. Evaluation using a Likert scale among 21 participants yielded a mean score of 4.67 out of 5, with 97.1% of responses categorized as agree or strongly agree regarding the usefulness of the SITA Pocket Book. All respondents reported that the book helped them identify appropriate food choices, record blood pressure progress, and was important for use in future visits. Observations from health volunteers indicated that 76.5% demonstrated good to very good skills in using the book.
