Implementasi Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Membentuk Karakter Anti-Bullying di Lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi

Abstract


Bullying di lingkungan perguruan tinggi merupakan persoalan serius yang memerlukan pendekatan berbasis nilai keagamaan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan membentuk karakter anti-bullying mahasiswa melalui implementasi Pendidikan Agama Islam. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi seminar, pelatihan karakter Islami, mentoring, dan konseling. Mitra kegiatan adalah mahasiswa PGMI Fakultas Agama Islam sebanyak 55 orang. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, angket, dan diskusi reflektif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 78% peserta mengalami peningkatan kesadaran, empati, dan sikap anti-bullying. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan Islami efektif dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa yang berakhlak dan menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai kemanusiaan.

 

Bullying in higher education is a serious issue that requires an approach based on religious values. This community service activity aims to build anti-bullying character among students through the implementation of Islamic Religious Education. The methods used include seminars, Islamic character training, mentoring, and counseling. The partners in this activity are 55 PGMI students from the Faculty of Islamic Studies. Evaluation was conducted through observation, questionnaires, and reflective discussions. The results showed that 78% of participants experienced an increase in awareness, empathy, and anti-bullying attitudes. This program demonstrates that an Islamic approach is effective in shaping students' character to be morally upright and uphold humanistic values.
