Faktor-Faktor yang mempengaruhi Peningkatan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara: Studi Kasus Kabupaten Sumbawa

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin menganalisis Kepemimpinan, Orientasi Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap peningkatan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kabupaten Sumbawa. Studi ini menguji variabel pengaruh kepemimpinan, orientasi kerja, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di kabupaten sumbawa untuk memprediksi sejauh mana tingkat kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara dikabupaten sumbawa. Untuk mendapatkan 100 tanggapan dari Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan pengumpulan data survei dan teknik simple random sampling. Skala Likert digunakan untuk merancang pertanyaan. Validitas dan reliabilitas dinilai, serta hipotesis dan pengujian regresi, dengan SEM-PLS. Berdasarkan temuan pada penelitian ini bahwa Dari hasi analsisi terlihat bahwa Kepemimpinan, Orientasi Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Budaya Organisasi mempengaruhi Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara sebesar 63,6%, artinya tingkat pengaruhnya sedang. Jumlah responden yang sedikit mungin tidak dapat mencerminkan  status asli kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara, dan durasi studi yang singkat, merupakan kekurangan dari studi ini. Jumlah wilayah penelitian yang terbatas (hanya satu kabupaten) tidak dapat digeneralisasikan  ke seluruh wilayah indonesia
