Pengaruh High Performance Work System (HPWS) Untuk Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan yang dimediasi Burnout pada Karyawan Hotel di Surakarta

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh dari high performance work system (HPWS) untuk kepuasan kerja yang dimediasi oleh burnout pada karyawan perhotelan di Surakarta. Review literatur dilakukan dalam upaya untuk mengidentifikasi variabel-variabel yang digunakan untuk membangun model konseptual. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner melalui googleform. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari 105 responden yang merupakan karyawan perhotelan di kota Surakarta. Metode analisis menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi efek positif langsung dari HPWS terhadap kepuasan kerja dan efek tidak langsung melalui pengurangan burnout.
