Transformasi Digital dalam Sistem Manajemen Kualitas: Tantangan dan Peluang
Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review terhadap literatur terindeks Google Scholar, Directory of Open Access Journals, dan Scopus pada periode 2017–2026 untuk mengkaji transformasi digital dalam sistem manajemen kualitas (Quality 4.0). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian yang ada masih memiliki keterbatasan mendasar, ditandai oleh dominasi pendekatan konseptual, keterbatasan bukti empiris dan studi longitudinal, serta kecenderungan fokus pada transformasi digital secara umum sehingga belum spesifik pada konteks sistem manajemen kualitas. Selain itu, literatur yang tersedia masih bersifat terfragmentasi dan belum mampu menghasilkan model integratif yang menghubungkan dimensi teknologi, organisasi, dan sumber daya manusia secara komprehensif, sehingga implikasi praktisnya bagi organisasi masih terbatas. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, terdapat kesenjangan riset yang menuntut pengembangan model implementasi Quality 4.0 yang holistik, terukur, dan berbasis empiris lintas sektor. Oleh karena itu, penelitian selanjutnya perlu difokuskan pada perumusan kerangka integratif yang tervalidasi secara empiris, pengembangan strategi manajemen perubahan yang aplikatif, peningkatan kompetensi digital yang kontekstual, penguatan keamanan siber, serta eksplorasi penerapan kecerdasan buatan yang berorientasi pada manusia guna mendukung efektivitas dan keberlanjutan sistem manajemen kualitas di era digital.
