Optimizing Digital Marketing And Financial Management To Improve Profitability Irt Riza Jaya

Abstract


This community service activity was conducted in Kalnganyar Village with Riza Jaya, a housewife partner engaged in milkfish processing. The main challenges faced by the partner were the suboptimal use of digital marketing and weak financial management, which resulted in low business profitability. This activity aimed to increase the partner's capacity to utilize digital technology and manage finances effectively to increase business turnover and profits. The methods used included outreach, training, intensive mentoring, evaluation and monitoring, and program sustainability. The results showed significant improvement: the initial target of a 20% profit increase was achieved, exceeding expectations by 38.4%, while the target of a 20% increase in turnover was achieved by 35%. This activity demonstrated that integrating digital marketing strategies and sound financial management can significantly increase the profitability of home-based businesses.
