PENINGKATAN KESEHATAN MENTAL REMAJA MELALUI TERAPI BRAIN GYM DAN ICE BREAKING DI SMK BHAKTI KENCANA SOREANG KABUPATEN BANDUNG

Lebih dari 12 juta orang yang berusia di atas 15 tahun menderita  selama periode ini, sementara lebih dari 19 juta orang di bawah usia 15 tahun enghadapi kesulitan mental yang serius (Rikerdas, 2018). Perubahan prilaku dan pola pikir, gangguan konsentrasi, penurunan nafsu makan, dan bahkan menyakiti diri sendiri adalah beberapa indikasi penyakit mental pada anak muda. Bekrja untuk mempromosikan kesejahtraan emotional anak muda melalui program Brain Gym dan pemecah kebekuan. Brain Gym adalah program Latihan yang mengitegrasikan fungsi otak kiri dan kanan, hal ini meningkatkan aliran darah dan oksigenasi ke otak, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan hormone serotonin, endrfin, dan dopamine yang membuat perasaan senang, dan pemecah kebekuan adalah kegiatan yang menghangatkan anda saat anda merasa tidak enak badan. Dalam upaya untuk menumbuhkan  dinamika kelompok yang ada. Hasil analisis sebelum dan sesudah  edukasi yaitu sebelum edukasi dan kegiatan brains gym dan ice breaking, sebagian besar siswa mengalami tekanan ringan sebanyak 62 (38,27%) dan sebagian kecil mengalami tekanan sedang. tekanan 56 (34,27%) dan normal 44 (27,26%). Dan sesudah dilakukan kegiatan edukasi dan praktek brains gym dan ice breaking hamper seluruh reponden 88 (54,32%) normal, Sebagian besar 64 (39,51%) stress ringan dan Sebagian kevil 10 (6,17%) stress sedang. Penerapan senam otak dan ice breaking setelah kegiatan edukasi Pendamping dapat membangun fokus belajar siswa

Abstract

More than 12 million people over the age of 15 suffered during this period, while more than 19 million people under the age of 15 faced serious mental difficulties (Rikerdas, 2018). Changes in behavior and thought patterns, impaired concentration, decreased appetite, and even self-harm are some indications of mental illness in young people. Working to promote the emotional well-being of young people through the Brain Gym and icebreaker programs. Brain Gym is an exercise program that integrates left and right brain functions, this increases blood flow and oxygenation to the brain, which in turn increases the hormones serotonin, endrphin, and dopamine which make you feel happy, and icebreakers are activities that warm you up when you feel feeling unwell. In an effort to grow existing group dynamics. The results of the analysis before and after education, namely before education and brains gym and ice breaking activities, the majority of students experienced mild pressure, 62 (38.27%) and a small number experienced moderate pressure. pressure 56 (34.27%) and normal 44 (27.26%). And after carrying out educational activities and brain gym and ice breaking practices, almost all of the respondents, 88 (54.32%) were normal, most of them, 64 (39.51%) were mildly stressed and a small number of 10 (6.17%) were moderately stressed. Applying brain exercises and ice breaking after accompanying educational activities can build students' learning focus
