PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH DAN PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI RUMAH TANGGAMELALUI PEMBUATAN CAIRAN SERBAGUNA ECO-ENZYME

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Sampah hingga saat ini menjadi masalah yang belum terpecahkan dan 70% dari sampah yang dibuang di TPA adalah sampah organik. Sedangkan, sebagian besar produk yang digunakan oleh rumah tangga saat ini mengandung bahan kimia sintetis yang berbahaya bagi kesehatan manusia dan lingkungan. Kemasan dari produk.Pembuatan eco-enzyme ini kami laksanakan sebagai bentuk pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan ekonomi dan pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga ibu-ibu PKK di RT 003 RW 014 Kelurahan Serengan, Surakarta. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan seperti tahap pelatihan pembuatan eco- enzyme, tahap pelatihan selama fermentasi, tahap masa panen, tahap pengemasan, dan tahap cara memanfaatkan eco-enzyme.

ABSTRACT

Garbage is a currently unsolved problem and 70% of the waste disposed of in the laystall is organic waste. Meanwhile, most products used by households today contain synthetic chemicals that are harmful to human health and the environment. The packaging of these products will also pollute the environment because only a fraction can be recycled. We make this eco-enzyme as a form of community service that aims to increase economic empowerment and household waste management for PKK (Family Welfare Programme) women in RT 003 RW 014, Serengan Village, Surakarta. The method of implementing the activity is carried out in several stages such as the training stage for making eco-enzyme, training during fermentation, harvesting stage, packaging stage, and the stage of how to use eco-enzyme.
