EARLY DETECTION AND STIMULATION OF CHILDREN'S DEVELOPMENT

Abstract


Abstrak: Tumbuh kembang anak menjadi pemenuhan kebutuhan anak yang penting karena dapat membentuk kemampuan anak dalam rentang kehidupannya. Perkembangan anak dapat menjadi optimal jika dilakukan dengan stimulus yang tepat. Stimulus yang sesuai dengan masa anak antara lain dengan mengajak anak bermain. Dunia anak merupakan dunia bermain, melalui bermain anak akan belajar berbagai hal, sebagai bekal bagi kehidupan anak. Tujuan pendampingan stimulasi perkembangan dengan pendekatan bermain adalah untuk mengoptimalkan perkembangan anak. Kegiatan ini dilakukan kepada anak yang mengalami keterlambatan perkembangan sesuai dengan hasil skrining perkembangan anak sebelumnya. Hasil kegiatan anak yang awalnya sulit untuk berinteraksi dengan teman sebayanya mulai mau berinteraksi. Pengetahuan ibu tentang stimulasi 10 dari 12 ibu tidak mengetahui bahwa bermain merupakan bentuk stimulasi perkembanga. 

Abstract:  Child development is an important fulfillment of children's needs because it can shape children's abilities in their life span. Child development can be optimal if done with the right stimulus. Stimulus in accordance with childhood, among others, by inviting children to play. The world of children is a play, through playing children will learn various things, as provisions for children's lives. The goal of developmental stimulation assistance with a play approach is to optimize children's development. This activity is carried out for children whose development is not appropriate for their age in accordance with the results of previous child development screening. The result is that children who initially find it difficult to interact with their peers begin to want to interact. Mother's knowledge of stimulation 10 out of 12 mothers did not know that play was a form of developmental stimulation.
