Penerapan Lesson Study di SDN 15 Mataram
Abstract
Pada dasarnya belajar adalah hak siswa. Namun masih banyak siswa di kelas yang tidak belajar. Karena banyak siswa yang tidak belajar maka hasil belajar- nya tidak maksimal. Karena banyak siswa yang hasil belajarnya tidak maksimal maka dikatakan pembelajaran tidak efektif. Untuk itu perlu sebuah forum guru yang bisa meningkatkan pembelajaran agar lebih efektif yang disebut lesson study. Terkait dengan latar belakang tersebut maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah: a) untuk mengetahui tingkat pelaksanaan lesson study di SDN 15 Mataram. b) untuk mengetahui keefektifan lesson study dalam peningkatan praktek pembelajaran di SDN 15 Mataram. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif deskriftif. Data yang diperoleh dengan observasi dan wawancara dianalisa dengan menggunakan persentase dan nilai. Dari hasil dan analisa data penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: a) pelaksanaan lesson study di SDN 15 Mataram sudah cukup baik, a) penerapan lesson study di SDN 15 Mataram dapat meningkatkan efektivitas praktek pembelajaran.

Basically learning is the right of students. But there are still many students in the class who don't study. Because many students do not learn, the learning results are not optimal. Because there are many students whose learning outcomes are not optimal, it is said that learning is not effective. For this reason, it needs a teacher forum that can improve learning to be more effective called lesson study. Related to this background, the objectives of this study are: a) to determine the level of implementation of lesson study at SDN 15 Mataram. b) to determine the effectiveness of lesson study in improving learning practices at SDN 15 Mataram. This research includes descriptive qualitative research. Data obtained by observation and interviews were analyzed using percentages and values. From the results and analysis of research data, it was concluded that: a) the implementation of lesson study at SDN 15 Mataram was good enough, a) the implementation of lesson study at SDN 15 Mataram could increase the effectiveness of learning practices.
