Peran Interaksi Dialogis Manusia Kecerdasan Buatan Dalam Mengembangkan Kompetensi Interaksional Pembelajar Bahasa Inggris Sebagai Bahasa Asing

Abstract


Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan sumber literatur yang diperoleh dari berbagai basis data dan mesin pencari akademik terindeks, yaitu Scopus, DOAJ, Google Scholar, SciSpace, dan Elicit. Literatur yang dianalisis dibatasi pada publikasi sepuluh tahun terakhir (2016–2025) dan dipilih berdasarkan relevansinya dengan topik interaksi dialogis berbasis teknologi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa asing (English as a Foreign Language atau EFL). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi dialogis berbasis teknologi berkontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan kompetensi interaksional pembelajar EFL melalui penyediaan lingkungan belajar yang adaptif, interaktif, dan berpusat pada kebutuhan pengguna. Pemanfaatan teknologi dialogis memungkinkan pembelajar memperoleh umpan balik secara langsung, melakukan latihan percakapan secara berkelanjutan, serta meningkatkan kemampuan negosiasi makna, pengelolaan giliran berbicara (turn-taking), strategi komunikasi, kelancaran berbahasa, dan kepercayaan diri dalam berinteraksi menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Selain itu, teknologi tersebut menyediakan kesempatan praktik komunikasi yang lebih luas tanpa tekanan sosial yang sering muncul dalam interaksi tatap muka. Meskipun demikian, efektivitas penggunaannya dipengaruhi oleh kualitas desain sistem, tingkat literasi digital pembelajar, serta peran pendidik dalam mengarahkan proses pembelajaran. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa teknologi dialogis berpotensi menjadi mitra pembelajaran yang efektif dalam mendukung pengembangan kompetensi interaksional pembelajar EFL di era pendidikan digital.
