PERAN NEGARA DAN MASYARAKAT DALAM MENGHADAPI COVID-19 DALAM PERSPEKTIF POLITIK DAN HUKUM

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan didirikan negara untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan umum dan keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Jelas negara hadir itu untuk memberikan kesejahteraan umum dan melindungi warga negaranya. Hal tersebut tertera dalam alinea keempat Pembukaan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia 1945.”..... melindungi segenap bangsa Indonesia dan seluruh tumpah darah Indonesia dan untuk memajukan kesejahteraan umum.....”. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam menghadapi wabah virus corona covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatip, pendekatan analisis menggunakan metode analisis isi, yaitu menelaah isi dari suatu dokumen. Melalui medsos, iklan di televisi, yang menghimbau untuk menunda mudik demi keselematan keluarga, bangsa, dan negara.  Maka kita sebagai warga negara yang berpendidikan kita harus saling peduli ikut mensosialiasikan kepada keluarga, dan warga masyarakat sekitar kita untuk tidak mudik dahulu. Bisa digantikan dengan bersilaturahmi di media sosial.

Abstract:  The purpose of the country is established to realize public welfare and social justice for all Indonesians. Obviously, the country was present to provide general welfare and protect its citizens. It is listed in the fourth paragraph of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia 1945. " ..... Protecting all Indonesians and all the Indonesian blood and to advance the general welfare..... ". The purpose of this research is to know how the role of governments and communities in the face of the corona Covid-19 virus outbreak. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, an analysis approach using the method of content analysis, which is to study the contents of a document. Through the Medsos, advertisements on television, which appealed to delay the homecoming for the sake of the family, nation, and country.  So we as an educated citizen we must care for each other to socialize with the family, and the citizens of the community around us to not homecoming first. It can be replaced with social media.
