Pengembangan teknologi tepat guna tanki ekoenzim untuk pemberdayaan usaha mikro kecil menengah Salimah di Kelurahan Jatisampurna

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pemula berbasis penyuluhan dilakukan pada UKM Salimah dan Warga Jatisampurna Bekasi untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan warga terkait ekoenzim dan pengenalan teknologi tepat guna tanki ekoenzim. Kesadaran pengelolaan sisa-sisa makanan dan sayuran guna membantu pengelolaan limbah organik yang efektif dan efisien kepada UKM salimah dan warga sekitar yang ada. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 15 orang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan di awali dengan survei tempat, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan metode kuisoner dan dilanjutkan dengan sosialisasi terkait ekoenzim dan teknologi tepat guna tanki. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM dari pretest yang dilakukan bahwa 65% tidak mengetahui teknologi tepat guna tanki ekoenzim. Setelah dilakukan  sosialisasi terkait teknologi tepat guna tanki ekoenzim diperoleh hasil postest yaitu 85% yang sudah mengetahui. Warga yang mengolah limbah organik menjadi produk jadi yaitu 4 menjadi ekoenzim, 2 menjadi pupuk, 1 menjadi sabun cair, dan 1 menjadi sabun lantai dan produk teknologi tepat guna tanki ekoenzim bisa digunakan untuk UMKM Salimah.

Abstract

Beginner community service activities based on outreach were carried out at UKM Salimah and Jatisampurna Bekasi residents to determine the level of knowledge of residents regarding ecoenzymes and the introduction of appropriate technology for ecoenzymes tanks. Awareness of the management of food and vegetable waste to help manage organic waste effectively and efficiently for UKM Salimah and residents. The activity participants numbered 15 people. The implementation of the activity began with a site survey, then continued with the questionnaire method and continued with outreach regarding ecoenzymes and appropriate technology for tanks. The results of the implementation of PKM activities from the pretest were that 65% did not know the appropriate technology for ecoenzymes tanks. After conducting socialization regarding appropriate technology for ecoenzymes tanks, posttest results were obtained, namely 85% who already knew. Residents process organic waste into finished products, namely 4 into ecoenzymes, 2 into fertilizer, 1 into liquid soap, and 1 into floor soap and appropriate technology products for ecoenzme tanks can be used for Salimah UMKM.
