Peningkatan kompetensi guru RA/TK melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru RA/TK melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di RA/TK At-Taqwa, Kecamatan Pakisjaya, Kabupaten Karawang, dengan pendekatan metode ceramah Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap: (1) Tahap Persiapan, yaitu penyusunan materi dan perangkat pembelajaran digital yang akan disampaikan, (2) Tahap Pelaksanaan, berupa pemberian pelatihan kepada guru dengan fokus pada penggunaan teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran, dan (3) Tahap Evaluasi, untuk menilai sejauh mana pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi digital dalam pelatihan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menarik bagi anak-anak. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru RA/TK melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract
This study aims to improve the competencies of RA/TK teachers through the utilization of digital technology to support classroom learning activities. The research was conducted at RA/TK At-Taqwa, Pakisjaya District, Karawang Regency, using a lecture method approach. The activity was carried out in three stages: (1) Preparation Stage, which involved the development of materials and digital learning resources to be delivered; (2) Implementation Stage, which included providing training to teachers with a focus on the use of digital technology in teaching; and (3) Evaluation Stage, to assess the extent of teachers' understanding and skills in utilizing technology in the teaching and learning process. The results of the study indicate that the use of digital technology in the training helped enhance teachers' abilities to design and implement more interactive and engaging lessons for children. Overall, this research significantly contributes to the professional development of RA/TK teachers through the integration of digital technology in the teaching process.
