Pemberdayaan kader posyandu untuk cegah stunting melalui edukasi isi piringku berbasis pangan lokal
Abstract

Abstract
As pregnancy progresses, the nutritional needs of pregnant women increase daily. The most critical processes of body and brain development occur during the first 1000 days of life, from conception to age two. Chronic malnutrition in children can lead to growth and development disorders called stunting. This community service aims to increase cadre’s knowledge about Isi Piringku to prevent stunting in pregnant women. The method provides education through modules and demonstrations on making "Isi Piringku" meals for pregnant women. A knowledge level questionnaire in the form of a pre-post test was used as an evaluation tool. The results show that the average correct score for cadres' knowledge before the counselling was ≤ 60%, with an average score of 60%, while after the education, 40% had an average correct score ≥ 90% and 50% had a score of 70-80. This community service activity increased the knowledge of posyandu cadres, and regularly scheduled assistance is recommended to ensure the optimal implementation of this empowerment program.
