Abstract

To become a pharmacist, every student in the Pharmacist Professional Study Program must pass the Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Exam (UKAI) CBT and the National UKAI OSCE. With a high passing standard, this can lead to anxiety and depression among Indonesian pharmacy students. Additionally, being a student comes with various academic obligations. These academic demands often cause students to experience anxiety or even depression. Students’ understanding of self-healing and the dangers of depression that may hinder success in passing the UKAI is still limited. A community service program with direct education and training can serve as a means to improve student understanding. The service activity was carried out using counseling methods and self-healing training demonstrations with the help of video media. The increase in the percentage of correct answers from the pre-test (59.70%) to the post-test (84.40%) indicates that the information was well received by pharmacy students.
