Abstract

Abstract
The neuromuscular system is a complex and interconnected system that connects the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves with sensory receptors and muscles located throughout the body. The role of the neuromuscular system is to integrate sensory information so it can coordinate appropriate muscle actions necessary to produce desired movements. One sport that requires balance, proprioception, and agility is basketball. This activity aims to assess balance, proprioception, and agility to enhance performance and prevent injuries. This community service activity was carried out through three stages: the preparation process, implementation, and processing of examination results. This activity was held at Lapangan Limo Upn Veteran Jakarta on November 14, 2025 using a demonstration method involving 21 participants. Overall, the neuromotor skill examination results show that this screening program is effective in identifying the balance, proprioception, and agility profiles of the FEB and FISIP UPN "Veteran" Jakarta basketball community. Although the majority of participants demonstrated good to average performance in balance, proprioception, and agility. This activity successfully provided an overview of participants' neuromotor condition and can be used as a basis for providing preventive training recommendations to reduce injury risk and improve basketball performance.
