Keterlambatan proyek konstruksi masih menjadi permasalahan utama yang berdampak pada peningkatan biaya dan menurunnya kinerja perusahaan. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah rendahnya kapabilitas manajemen waktu dan penyusunan project scheduling pada praktisi konstruksi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas manajemen waktu praktisi jasa konsultansi di CV. Dwipayana Graha melalui pelatihan project scheduling. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menerapkan metode pelatihan dengan desain pre-test dan post-test guna mengevaluasi efektivitas program terhadap peningkatan kompetensi serta pemahaman peserta dalam merencanakan dan mengendalikan jadwal proyek. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor dari hasil pre-test  56,40 menjadi hasil post-test 82,73 yang berarti terjadi peningkatan kompetensi secara signifikan. Pelatihan ini efektif meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam perencanaan dan pengendalian jadwal proyek serta berpotensi memperkuat kinerja organisasi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Project delays in the construction industry remain a major issue that leads to cost overruns and decreased organizational performance. One of the primary causes is the limited capability of construction practitioners in time management and project scheduling. This community service program aims to improve the time management capabilities of consulting service practitioners at CV. Dwipayana Graha through project scheduling training. The community service program employed a training method using a pre-test and post-test design to evaluate the effectiveness of the program in improving participants’ competence and understanding in planning and controlling project schedules. The results indicate an increase in the average score from 56.40 in the pre-test to 82.73 in the post-test, demonstrating a significant improvement in participants’ competencies. The training program proved effective in enhancing participants’ abilities in project schedule planning and control and has the potential to strengthen organizational performance in a sustainable manner.
