Pengembangan kompetensi staf dan transformasi klinik pada klinik Pratama Puspa Medika, Banjar Kembangsari, Kintamani
Abstract
Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat kapasitas Klinik Pratama Puspa Medika sebagai Clinic-Centered Occupational Safety Hub melalui integrasi Community-Based First Responder Model in Agricultural Occupational Health.

Abstract
The agricultural sector is associated with a high risk of occupational injuries, which has been further exacerbated by climate change, particularly through increased exposure to heat stress and extreme working conditions. In Banjar Kembangsari, Satra Village, Kintamani, structured occupational health services are not yet available despite the majority of residents being engaged in farming. This Community Partnership Program aimed to strengthen the capacity of Klinik Pratama Puspa Medika as a Clinic-Centered Occupational Safety Hub through the integration of the Community-Based First Responder Model in Agricultural Occupational Health. The activity was conducted on December 1, 2025, involving 15 clinic staff members. Evaluation employed a pre–post test design consisting of 15 questions. The mean score increased from 40 (range 20–50) to 70 (range 50–80), with 80% of participants achieving an improvement of ≥20 points. All participants demonstrated score improvement. These findings indicate enhanced early response capacity to occupational injury risks and heat stress, as well as a transformation of the clinic’s role from curative to promotive-preventive services. The model contributes to strengthening primary health care services and supports the implementation of SDGs 3, 8, and 13 through a community-based adaptive approach. This approach has the potential to be replicated in other agricultural regions with similar characteristics.
