Abstract

Abstract

Beef cattle manure has great potential as raw material for organic fertilizer; however, its utilization in the Sumber Usaha Muda Farmer Group, Lamandau Regency, is still not optimal. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve the knowledge and skills of group members in processing cattle waste into agrosilvopasture-based organic granular fertilizer and in utilizing digital technology for product marketing. The methods include extension activities, training, technology demonstration, hands-on practice, and continuous mentoring. The results show an increase in participants’ knowledge, with the average pre-test score rising from 58.4 to 86.7 in the post-test. Participants were also able to independently produce organic granular fertilizer through fermentation, granulation, drying, and packaging processes. In addition, the farmer group successfully implemented digital marketing through Instagram and Shopee to expand market reach. The application of the agrosilvopasture concept has created an integrated, environmentally friendly, and sustainable farming system. Overall, this program successfully increased the added value of livestock waste, strengthened the capacity of farmer groups, and supported digital transformation in agricultural product marketing.
