IDENTITAS PROFESIONAL GURU BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING SEBAGAI PENDIDIK

Abstract


Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui identitas professional guru bimbingan dan konseling di kabupateb Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru bimbingan dan konseling di Kabupaten Bandung Barat yang berjumlah 40 orang. Penelitian ini tidak menggunakan sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah model skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa guru bimbingan dan konseling di kabupaten Bandung Barat mayoritas berada pada tingkat moratorium sebesar 58%, tingkat diffuse identity sebesar 18%, dan achieved mature identity sebesar 25%. Pada setiap aspeknya, sebagian besar berada pada tingkat moratorium yaitu diatas 53%.

Abstract:  This study aims to determine the professional identity of guidance and counseling teachers in West Bandung district. This research is a survey research with quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were 40 guidance and counseling teachers in West Bandung Regency. This study did not use a sample. The instrument used is a Likert scale model. Descriptive percentage data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the majority of guidance and counseling teachers in West Bandung Regency are at the moratorium level by 58%, the diffuse identity level by 18%, and the achieved mature identity by 25%. In each aspect, most are at the moratorium level, which is above 58%.
