Inovasi Manajemen Stres dan Konflik di Sekolah: Perspektif Kepemimpinan Pendidikan di Era Modern

Abstract


Abstract:  This study aims to explore inventions in stress and conflict operation in seminaries, fastening on the part of educational leadership that adapts to the challenges of the times. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, the study involved five headliners and ten preceptors from seminaries in Indonesia. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and party observation. crucial findings indicate that directorial strategies enforced to manage stress and conflict include stress operation training for   preceptors, character development for scholars, and a cooperative approach to conflict resolution. compassionate and participatory leadership has proven effective in creating a conducive terrain, with headliners serving as part models in managing stress. still, crucial challenges faced include limited coffers, both in terms of budget and time, as well as differing understandings of stress operation among staff. The study's conclusions indicate that good educational leadership can reduce stress and conflict in seminaries, although   perpetration challenges remain significant walls. This study provides recommendations for policy development and training for headliners to ameliorate stress and conflict operation in educational settings.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi inovasi dalam manajemen stres dan konflik di sekolah dengan  fokus pada peran kepemimpinan pendidikan yang adaptif terhadap tantangan zaman. Menggunakan  pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan lima kepala sekolah dan sepuluh   practitioner dari sekolah- sekolah di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancarasemi-terstruktur dan observasi partisipatif. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajerial yang diterapkan untuk mengelola stres dan konflik mencakup pelatihan manajemen stres untuk practitioner, pendampingan karakter siswa, dan pendekatan kolaboratif dalam penyelesaian konflik. Peran kepemimpinan yang empatik dan partisipatif terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif, dengan kepala sekolah sebagai teladan dalam mengelola stres.  Namun, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan sumber daya, baik dari segi anggaran maupun waktu, serta perbedaan pemahaman tentang manajemen stres di kalangan staf. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan pendidikan yang baik dapat mengurangi stres dan konflik di sekolah, meskipun tantangan implementasi masih menjadi hambatan signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan kebijakan dan pelatihan bagi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan manajemen stres dan konflik di lingkungan pendidikan
